However, please note that unless we have entered into a separate written confidentiality agreement with you, any information or materials you submit to us through our Site or otherwise will not be considered confidential or proprietary. If you wish to have specific materials treated as confidential, please contact us to discuss a confidentiality agreement prior to submission.

While we strive to review all submissions we receive, 1004 VP is not obligated to review, respond to, or return any materials submitted to us, and we reserve the right to decline any submission in our sole discretion. You acknowledge that we actively evaluate many opportunities across the healthcare and longevity sectors, and we may receive similar plans, ideas, or proposals from multiple sources. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
