Min Bang, PharmD
Min Bang is a Venture Analyst Intern at 1004 Venture Partners and a pharmacy operations leader at UCSF Health, where he works at the intersection of healthcare delivery, digital health, and clinical infrastructure. With over 10 years of experience in regulated health systems, he brings a practical lens to evaluating healthcare and biotech companies, with particular focus on scalability, reimbursement dynamics, and operational adoption.
His experiences includes leading enterprise clinical systems integration across multi-site hospital operations and advancing AI-enabled and technology driven improvements in care delivery. He is most interested in thesis driven investing in healthcare technologies that improve efficiency, strengthen system performance, and enable smarter allocation of capital across the healthcare ecosystem.
Min is currently an MBA candidate at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. He holds a PharmD from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis and is board certified in sterile compounding.
