David H. Crean, Ph.D., is a seasoned leader with over three decades of extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investments within the life sciences and healthcare ecosystems. His expertise extends across a spectrum of roles in major biopharmaceutical entities, investment banking, and within the venture capital and private equity landscapes. He has served as a strategic advisor to more than 250 emerging life sciences companies. Dr. Crean's influence extends to his board directorship on several prominent Life Sciences Boards, including California Life Sciences, BIOCOM California, and Connect San Diego.

Dr. Crean’s academic credentials are as robust as his professional portfolio. He holds a Ph.D. in Biophysics and an M.S. in Oncology from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a B.S. in Biology/Pre-Med from Canisius College, and has honed his business acumen with an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Management, with a focus on finance. His expertise is also underpinned by the FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, and he is a registered representative with BA Securities LLC
